Rayan is the founder of Cosmic Tribe, International Astronomical Union Dark Skies Ambassador, National Node of International Day of Light, Young Person's Representative Of Royal Aeronautical Society Pakistan Division. He completed his masters in Astronomy from University of Karachi.
